**purpose**

Ensuring that there is optimal business continuity across utilities in order to ensure smooth running of operations, with supervision and collaboration with the line manager.

**key responsibilities**
- Driving Operational Efficiencies
- Monitor various reports, extract audit/admin information, maintaining and collating information. Follow up/send out reports for follow up and feedback.
- Collate feedback and submit for review within required deadlines. Examining information & interpreting data.

***Systems management**
- Arrangements for installations and providing financial approval (Data line-speeds, cables, general computer hardware). Liaise with stores on iPads (kiosk issues) weekly to assist, advise, review and follow up

**Supplier Management**
- Obtain quotes for repairs and maintenance and submit for approval. Obtain order numbers through to DAX and liaise with vendors/ suppliers. Conclude purchase orders when work is complete and submit info to finance. Liaison between suppliers & finance department. Liaise with LL's regarding aircons repairs (amounts of capital nature).
- Monitor and manage utilities (energy usage) across all Home stores to ensure optimal power usage with a view to obtain favorable tariffs.
- Manage operational customer incidents to ensure timeous claim submission to MRPG Insurers and manage to resolution/ conclusion.

**Adhoc processes**
- This role will evolve over time and will expose the incumbent to new processes, as determined by operational requirements.

**requirements**
- Grade 12
- A tertiary qualification would be advantageous
- Experience working in a retail environment is essential.
- Ability to work accurately, with strict attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate fluently via both, verbal and written communication.
- Competent in data capturing, invoicing, collating of info, diary management and time management.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, highly pressurized environment and able to meet deadlines.
