We are seeking a talented and experienced **Marketing Manager** to join our team. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product development, to ensure the marketing initiatives align with our overall business goals.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals and provide guidance and support.
- Conduct market research and analyse consumer behaviour to identify target audiences.
- Plan and execute creative and innovative marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and best practices
- Proficient in market research and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and priorities.
- Experience and a good understanding of developing, implementing, maintaining, and measuring marketing strategies **including ecommerce, social media, search engine marketing, brand awareness, media design, production, campaign management and events.**:

- Experience in the use of **CMS and other digital systems/platforms**:

- Strong project management capabilities
- Strong analytical skills
- Technical marketing skills
- Proven experience in customer and market research
- Relevant product and industry knowledge
- Team/people management experience across all levels
- Understanding of service and technical/industrial marketing an advantage
- Digital Marketing skills and experience

**Salary**: R50,000.00 - R70,000.00 per month
