Key Account Manager - Limpopo

Manager role encompasses this purpose in its entirety.
As an Office Based Account Manager your are responsible for managing a portfolio of Key Accounts
in the company. Responsible for establishing & maintaining loyal customer relationships with the intention
increasing Customer Lifetime Value through implementing effective key account strategies.

KNOWLEDGE
- Sales, marketing and industry knowledge
- Payment, banking, or retail industries
- Customer relationship management
- Sales Process
- IT software / SAAS and sales background
- Retail and payments industry experience would be an advantage
- PCI regulations and understanding would be an advantage
- Accounting knowledge
- Basic understanding of business finance
- Industry knowledge - specific to retail or banking (acquiring) industry

- A minimum 3 year’s sales, service, or related industry experience

REQUIRED: EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
Minimum
- Matric (NQF Level 4)
- Relevant Diploma
- Business / General Management qualification (NQF Level 6)
- 5 years’ experience working in a corporate sales environment
- Experience in using a CRM tool for managing customers Intermediate knowledge using
Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Intermediate knowledge of internet usage
- FICA training/experience advantageous
Desired
- B Com Business Administration (NQF Level 7)
- 5 years’ experience working in a corporate sales environment
- Experience in using a CRM tool for managing customers Intermediate knowledge using
Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Intermediate knowledge of internet usage
- FICA training/experience advantageous
Ideal
- BCom Honours Business Administration (NQF Level 8)
- 5 years’ experience working in a corporate sales environment

- FICA training/experience advantageous
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Customer Relationship Management
- Responsible for establishing & maintaining loyal customer relationships with the intention of

account strategies
- Effectively manages the company interfaces with key accounts to ensure that the account is
being serviced in an efficient and integrated way
- Proactively seeks and actions new opportunities in own area to develop the business

- Solves problems independently. Breaks complex issues into manageable parts &
recommends steps to resolve the problem.
- Planning, Measuring & Monitoring the Financial Performance of the Business
