Responsibilities:

- **Team Management**: Supervise and coordinate a team of team leaders, ensuring that daily objectives and tasks are completed efficiently.
- **Order Management**: Track and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and delivery within deadlines.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct quality checks on products before dispatch and ensure that quality standards are adhered to.
- **Quantity Control and Inventory Management**: Perform regular stock checks, manage product entries and exits, and conduct stock counts.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit regular reports on order status, inventory levels, and team performance.
- **Communication**: Maintain smooth communication with other departments, especially inventory, logistics, and customers.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in team management, particularly in a dispatch or logistics environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities and quick decision-making skills.
- Must have personal transport and be willing to work night shifts.
- Ability to manage a team of over 30 people.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

Pay: R15 000,00 - R18 000,00 per month
