Retentions Agent

**bOnline, a UK based company, is looking for an energized, ambitious, experienced Retention Agent to join their Service Team based in the beautiful southern suburb of Cape Town.**

**What role will you be fulfilling as Retentions Agent?**
- **Be the first point of contact for our customers**
- **Ensuring First Call Resolution by becoming a product expert to all of the services rendered by bOnline.**
- **Assess the nature of product or service issues and resolve basic to complex support problems for customer inquiries received via inbound calls and live chat.**
- **Responsible for not losing customers to other providers**
- **Call lost customers and establishing reason for cancelling**
- **Building report and feedback on findings**
- **Ensuring retained customers are happy**
- **Providing 5 star customer service**
- **Work in a fast paced call centre environment**
- **Attending to inbound calls, live chat, cancellations, and renewals etc**

**Do you have the following experience and skills set?**
- **Matric Certificate**
- **Experience working as part of a retentions team**
- **Experience dealing with disputes and or complaints.**
- **Previous experience dealing with Ombudsman's cases will be to your advantage.**
- **Strong communications skills**
- **Experience working with UK clientele preferred**
- **Strong problem solving skills**
- **Innovative thinking abilities**
- **VoIP based experience will be to your advantage**
