Introduction
The purpose of the Admin/PA is to undertake general administrative tasks to support the office operations. This position requires flexibility and multi-tasking, as well as traveling for post collection, general purchases, client deliveries etc.
Description
Responsibilities Include:
- Office maintenance
- Grocery orders and management
- Stationary orders and management
- Office quotes and purchases
- Storeroom management
- Company vehicle management (company car calendar, license renewals, fines etc)
- Postage
- Courier
- Filing and shredding
- Assisting with function arrangements and purchases
- Relieve reception when required
- Traveling for post collection, general purchases etc.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager
Profile
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate
- Clear criminal and ITC record
- **Excellent administration skills**:
- Decent knowledge/skills in Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
- Valid Driver’s License and Regular Driver
- Bilingual (English and Afrikaans) Beneficial

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong administration skills
