**Requirements**:
We are looking for dynamic Real Estate Brokers to join our expanding team. To really excel in this role you will need to have at least one or some of the below experience:

- Experience in the real estate industry or;
- Experience as a high level sales person or;
- Experience as an entrepreneur or business person.

Tertiary qualification in Business/Marketing/Sales/Real Estate advantageous but not required

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing seller and buyer leads utilising tools given and covert to sales
- Obtaining mandates
- Managing inventory of stock on the market in given area
- Listing properties for sale or to let
- Timely feedback to clients
- Conducting property valuations and brokering sales
- Orchestrating and executing property viewings
- Maintaining a knowledge of inventory on the market
- Keeping abreast with latest market trends and sales/marketing strategies.

100% Commission based role with potential to earn up to R40,000 - R80,000 pm consistently within 6 months if you have the right set of skills..

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Real Estate: 1 year (preferred)
