Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret technical and assembly drawings, including dimensions and component fitment
- Assemble heaters, terminal housings, ceramics, fasteners, and related production components
- Cut, strip, and prepare cables according to specifications
- Perform dressing, deburring, polishing, and rough material preparation
- Measure materials and assembled products using tape measures and Vernier calipers
- Conduct electrical resistance and insulation testing on assembled heaters
- Operate hand tools, pneumatic tools, drill presses, spot-welding machines, sandblasting equipment, and other production machinery
- Maintain quality standards and ensure safe working practices at all times Minimum Requirements
- Matric Certificate or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Experience working with hand tools, pneumatic tools, and workshop machinery
- Good attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Strong work ethic and ability to work within a team environment
