**Midas** is searching for an experienced **Buyout Clerk** to join the sales department in **Motor Spares**. The purpose of this position is to source stock from suppliers, prepare and keep track of all purchases, suppliers, and stock.

**Key Performance Indicators will include, but not limited to;**
- Capturing of IBT's
- Filing of branch and sequencing of documents
- Daily monitoring of stock
- buyout listing and receipts APS562/543
- Following up on credit notes
- Ordering stock required by Salesman or Customer and handling of buyouts
- Booking of regional advertising stock

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- Proven work experience as a Sales Admin/Sales Support
- **Essential**:

- Detailed orientated
- Ability to multitask
- Work well under pressure
- Team Player
- **Essential**:

- Professional
- Clear criminal record
