About the Role

As an Analytical Editor, you will be responsible for delivering a portfolio of content for publication in multiple formats. You will be helping to shape operationally efficient processes and systems.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing a portfolio of titles, working collaboratively with global and supplier teams to deliver them to standard and schedule.
- Completing editorial production tasks, including copyediting and styling, of secondary material in relevant formats prior to publication.
- Acting as an operational SME working closely with Legal and Tax commercial teams to offer efficient solutions.
- Supporting delivery of the strategic goals of the business and customer needs.
- Leading and/or assisting in the delivery of team and business initiatives.
- Identifying and drives operational efficiencies and cost effectiveness in workflows, procedures and internal systems.
- Acting as Editorial Operations representative at editorial board meetings with commercial colleagues and author teams.
- Assisting in training, mentoring and the supervision of less experienced staff where required.

**Requirements**:
- Experience in publishing background.- Experience in editorial and project management.- Able to work independently and determine appropriate methodology to work towards a defined goal.- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to collaborate in a team.- Understand continuous improvement and knowledge of associated methodologies.- Technical proficiency in MS Office and some working knowledge of XML and/or content management systems.
