This is a list of tasks that you will be responsible for doing on your days at work.
- Count the float daily
- Work on the till when needed
- Assist with the cash-up procedures
- Sell products specific to campaigns
- Take customers’ orders
- Handle transactions and place food orders
- Pack away stock
- Clean the store
- Clean all the equipment
- Carry out instructions from management
- Ensure that fridges are always stocked
- Switch on all equipment and ensure that it is in good working condition
- Prepare and clean the food
- Help with the morning preparations for the food
- Help to prepare the meals if needed
- Occasionally handle and prepare orders

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- English
- Clear criminal record

Preferences

Meeting the preferences would be a plus, but if you don't, it won't stop companies from considering you.
- Experience: General Assistant
- Within 15km from job
- Willing to travel frequently to visit stores/outlets often in remote/urban areas
- Must be Willing to work Retail Hours, i.e.: Saturdays/Sundays/Public Holidays/ Overtime/Shifts
- Must have good understanding of general retail operations and store management
- Have strong communication skills at various levels
- Attention to detail is essential
- Has sufficient store and product knowledge to address customer needs
- Emotional intelligence
- Manages multiple tasks, priorities and delegate others
