JOB TITLE

Digital Manager

JOB PURPOSE

In support of the Group’s digital ambition in the property industry you are responsible for the enhancement, adoption, and maintenance of digital solutions within Growthpoint. These solutions will align with brand identity, conform to Group IT security standards, and through the ongoing engagement with various stakeholders, ensure impact.
You use your digital acumen to demonstrate the adoption of digital tools, and your analytical skills to show the impact it has. You use exceptional interpersonal and project management skills to coordinate complex technical processes that deliver to, and delight stakeholders.

DUTIES
- Lead the digital agenda, challenge everything in this space
- Manage the portfolio of digital solutions, including, but not limited to the Growthpoint corporate website, Property and Retail websites, the Growthpoint Intranet (Sharepoint) and Space To Let
- Liaise between IT, Marketing, Property Business Units to deliver on projects related to enhancing web and digital capabilities
- Ensure the timeous, accurate and aligned publishing of content for all stakeholders across platforms
- Proactively manage vendors and agencies and run periodic engagements to oversee, track and escalate progress
- Critically review analytics, and report on return on digital in weekly, monthly and quarterly cycles to stakeholders
- Lead the self-sufficient use of tools related to publishing content across platforms
- Liaise with IT teams to ensure continuous review and compliance to group security standards and alignment to Enterprise Architecture
- Own the Intranet Homepage functionality, taxonomy and navigation to enhance adoption and function
- Develop and maintain alignment and standardisation within sites and across platforms
- Develop and maintain a consolidated roadmap for the digital landscape

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- BCom in Computer Science / BCom Marketing or similar
- Minimum three years’ experience in similar role, website manager, content manager

- Google Analytics
- SharePoint
- Stakeholder / Project Management
- Microsoft Office

- Exposure to marketing channel tools such as Sendgrid / Mailchimp
- Property Industry experience
- Web - Script / Development / Management experience
- Data analytics / Power BI
- CookieYes or similar
- Lead Forensics or similar
- Survey Monkey or similar
