We are looking for a detail-oriented Tax Manager, with strong mathematical and analytical skills, to join the Tax Reporting Team. You will be exposed to tax accounting globally working with financial statements, and tax returns, and collaborating with financial controllers, from various countries.

**_ We will trust you to do the:_**
- Overall project management
- Preparation and/or review of non-us tax provisions for the USGaap yearend worldwide tax provision
- Review of Return to provision (RTP) reconciliations
- Global tax compliance (GTC) reporting
- Support EMEA income tax compliance preparation and review process, including coordination with internal and external parties
- Forecast cash taxes
- Ongoing training for team of tax accountants
- Ongoing support to client’s US Corporate Tax Reporting team for adhoc requests
- Continuously improve processes, creating efficiencies and timesaving
- Review of Deferred Taxation Verification packages, this includes to verify the following:

- US GAAP to Statutory Balance Sheet reconciliation
- Statutory Accounts to Taxation reconciliation
- Deferred Taxation Balance Sheet balance, and supporting schedules
- Corporate Tax calculation
- Corporate Tax payable reconciliation / Tracking of Operating losses
- Tax group payable arrangements and intercompany journal entries
- Correspond with Financial Controllers and external party to resolve any queries
- Mergers and short period tax provisions
- Tax reporting in OneSource Tax provision software

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
- 5+ years tax reporting for non-us companies under USGaap
- 14+ years working experience
- Fluency in English (Written & Verbally)
- Good MS Office skills, especially in using Excel (big data)
- Attention to detail - ability to see big picture but focus on detail
- Ability to work independently and within a team, with people of different cultures
- Problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills with proactive, supportive and positive approach
- Inner drive for accuracy and meeting deadline
