LODGE COUPLE: ADMIN AND GUIDE - MADIKWE - R15000 Each - Live in

The Right Company are currently recruiting for a Lodge Couple: Admin and Guide for a stunning Lodge in Madikwe.

ADMIN

Minimum Requirements:

- Strong admin skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Pastel & Res Request would be an advantage
- Strong people skills (guest interaction as well as staff interaction)
- At least 2 years’ experience in hospitality in an administrative role
- Bush lodge experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license

Duties will include:

- RECEPTION
- Check-ins / check-outs
- Daily running of Reception
- Arranging transfers/town trips when necessary
- Arranging guest trips when necessary
- Creating accurate guest invoices on departure
- Hosting guests during breakfast, lunch and dinner

FIELD GUIDE

Minimum Requirements:

- FGASA 2
- DEAT registered
- Strong people skills (guest interaction as well as staff interaction)
- At least 2 years’ experience in hospitality
- Bush lodge experience preferred
- Valid driver’s licence & Valid PDP

Duties will include:

- Hosting of guests at the lodge in the evening as per a hosting roster.
- Guest transfers from main gate to camp
- Game drives
- Bush drinks / sundowners’ preparations and packing
- Liaison to the reserve management
- Vehicle maintenance and care.
- Relief when a senior guide is on leave.
