My client, a reputable company based in **Rosebank**, is seeking a **Junior Finance Assistant** to join their team. This position is initially offered as a contract role to provide maternity leave cover, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent opportunity.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant finance qualification or studying towards one.
- 1-2 years of finance or accounting experience (internships considered).
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Excel at an advanced level.
- Good communication and organisational skills

**Duties**:

- Maintaining accurate financial records on Excel.
- Capturing Manual payments on the accounting system: Great Plains.
- Raising Purchase Orders on Great Plains
- General office and admin duties.
- Booking travel for staff and clients.
- Receiving of goods.
- Managing parking for the office.
- Capturing and processing General business expenses.
