Our client in the financial sector is recruiting a Change Consultant who will contribute to the development of change management strategies, plans and processes to support the adoption of changes required by organizational change, projects and HR projects. The Change Consultant will ensure that change management functions proactively support the business to achieve its objectives.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Five years experiences in change management or similar with experience and knowledge of HR and project management best practice and employment legislation.
- Experience in the financial industry is required.
