- Data transfers and device troubleshooting (Desireable)
- Software upgrades
- Transferring data between devices
- General device queries
- Booking in repairs
- Fiber Sales
- Booking in repairs
- Handset Setup
- Technical Support
- Software Upgrades
- Trouble Shooting

**Requirements**:

- Technical skills (required)
- Cellular Experience Desirable)
- Data transfers and device troubleshooting (Desirable)
- Good Communication
- Understanding and knowledge of Cellular Products & Services
- 2+ Years of Customer & Sales Experience.
- Energetic ,Confident & Charismatic approach to people
- Computer Literate
