We're looking for a talented individual to join us as an IT Audit Consultant to join our growing services team You'll play a key role in helping clients implement our world-class GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) software.

**What you will do**:

- Be a client hero Deliver exceptional training, support and consulting services with our industry-leading Galvanize/HighBond software
- Leverage your data analysis expertise (ACL scripting) to provide clients with actionable insights
- Partner with the sales team to conduct successful Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) and showcase the software's capabilities
- Train clients and internal stakeholders on the software, ensuring knowledge transfer and ongoing success
- Stay up-to-date on the latest software features and functionalities to continually improve client training
- Manage client expectations effectively, fostering strong relationships and exceeding their needs
- Identify risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
- Contribute to a collaborative and fast-paced work environment, with some travel across Africa (max 2-3 weeks per trip)

**You Are**:

- A highly skilled IT or internal audit professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience
- A data analysis whizz with experience using scripting techniques like AC
- Passionate about knowledge transfer and delivering engaging training sessions
- A natural communicator with the ability to build strong client relationships at all levels
- A self-starter who thrives under pressure and manages time effectively
- A team player who embraces a culture of innovation and continuous learning

**Bonus Points**:

- Experience with other audit management software (Teammate, BarnOwl, CURA, ACL GRC)
- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Systems Auditor (CISA) certification
- Previous experience with Galvanize (ACL) software
