**Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Delivering against in-life commitments_
- Driving and tracking the delivery of in life contractual commitments
- Identifying optimisation opportunities & creation of optimisation roadmaps in conjunction with Operations and Deliver Leadership
- Providing support for the adoption of technologies and channel shift activities
- Benefit realisation tracking and delivery
- Associated reporting and governance updates
- Quality & Knowledge Management_
- Governance of operational adherence to Quality Framework
- Governance of operational adherence to Knowledge Management processes
- Support production and analysis of knowledge reporting
- Identify optimisation opportunities highlighted
- Benefit realisation tracking and delivery
- Associated reporting and governance updates
- Matrix Task Management for Process Analyst/Operations Analyst_
- Validation of continual service optimisations identified and presented
- Governance and tracking of Process Analyst/Ops Analyst adherence to milestones agreed
- Point of escalation for Process Analyst/Ops Analyst
- Identifying, driving & delivering automation opportunities _
- Identifying opportunity and creating pipeline of opportunities
- Quantification and validation of opportunities
- Presentation of opportunity to Operations/Delivery leadership
- Driving and tracking Approvals to proceed in conjunction with Delivery Leadership
- Oversight of the E2E automation process
- Benefit realisation tracking and delivery (ROI)
- Associated reporting and governance updates
- Service Model Review_
- Governance of Operational adherence to agreed/defined Service Model
- Identification and escalation of nonstandard roles within Operational Delivery
- Benefit realisation tracking and delivery
- Associated reporting and governance updates
- Ad Hoc Business Request_
- Provide support for Ad hoc business requests; such as but not limited too project support, pre sales support and business case justification

**Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:

- Strong operational experience in GSD.
- Demonstrable experience of working with virtual desks with different countries and culture.
- Demonstrable IT Service Knowledge experience.
- Being able to demonstrate where you have driven service improvements in a customer environment.
- Proactive, driven and takes ownership and accountability for leading and driving change.
- Forge strong working relationships and maintain proximity to the operation.
- Strong stake holder management skills and a collaborative approach to engagement.
- Strong network within Group Delivery and Computacenter. This role requires experience of running virtual team and managing in a matrix managed environment.
- Fluent in English, other languages, French, German is a plus.
- Professional approach.
- Ability to work with the minimum of supervision and on own initiative.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure/in a pressurized environment.
- Excellent decision making / problem solving skills.
- Ability to implement and manage change.
