We are looking for a reliable Handyman required to join mobile maintenance team on various service request for maintenance at clients various properties around Gauteng.

**Requirements and skills**
- Experience as handyman
- Valid Drivers license over 3 years
- Paint and fill gaps or cracks
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing repairs
- Good communication ability
- Well-organized and apt in problem-solving
- Attention to detail
- Assist tradespeople with electrical, Flooring Service or HVAC repairs
- **Leadership Skills**:

- Effective communication to clearly explain tasks, address concerns, and provide feedback to team members.
- Ability to delegate tasks based on individual strengths and project requirements.
- Conflict resolution skills to manage disagreements within the team
- **Organizational Skills**:

- Project planning and scheduling to ensure timely completion of jobs
- Managing budgets and tracking expenses
- Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting
- **Customer Service**:

- Building rapport with clients, understanding their needs, and addressing concerns professionally
- Providing clear estimates and communicating project updates
- **Other Important Skills**:

- Time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and unexpected issues
- Basic understanding of blueprints and reading plans
- Ability to train and mentor less experienced team members

**Uniform (overalls), Tools and PPE (reflective jacket, hard hat, safety boots) will be provided**

Deft hands and technical knowledge are important parts of a handyman’s arsenal. You must be well-organized with strong general repair skills.

Pay: R5 500,00 - R7 500,00 per month

**Experience**:

License/Certification:
