With a strong track record of success and an increasing demand for their services, they are currently seeking to grow their high-performing sales teams through the appointment of an experienced
**Auction Sales Consultant** to join their busy Cape Town based team. Reporting directly to the Head of Division, you will be tasked to support them in growing the business through active business development in sourcing and securing sale mandates with real estate landlords. Once mandates are secured, you will then need to leverage on your strong sales skills to negotiate and take deals over the line through the auction platform and in return will be offered a competitive basic salary and commission on all closed deals. Some of your duties will include, but not be limited to:

- Canvassing properties within the region
- Assessing property values using comparative data
- Preparation of proposal documents to present to prospective sellers
- Coordinating auction catalogues
- Negotiating and concluding sales

To qualify for this this position, you will need to have:

- Matric Certificate (Essential)
- Tertiary diploma/degree (preferred)
- At least 3 years commercial property sales experience and a strong track record of deals (Essential)
- Experience with Auction sales (preferred)
- Strong network of real estate landlords/owners
