Cape Town Wine Hub is looking for an organised Warehouse Production Manager to plan and manage our organisation's business operations while developing and implementing effective business strategies and processes. Duties for the Warehouse manager will include overseeing policies, coordinating warehouse operations, ensuring good customer service, improving administration processes, engaging with vendors and clients. Oversee, train, evaluate and reward staff. Increase staff productivity, improving service delivery and meeting business objectives.

To ensure success you need to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, plan and perform your duties in a manner that maximizes profits. Top applicants are dedicated, competent and have strong leadership skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organising and overseeing all warehouse operations e.g. labelling, waxing, reworks etc.
- Organise and control workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
- Ensuring all tasks are completed with high standards.
- Implementing and following operational policies and procedures.
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
- Motivating and disciplining staff.
- Creating and maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities for billing purposes.
- Liasing with clients and supplier requirements and needs.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years warehouse management experience.
- Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
- Valid drivers' license.
- Proficient computer skills, excel.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Outstanding leadership, organisational, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong people skills
