**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products or services.

2. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and preferences.

3. Present product features and benefits clearly and persuasively to potential customers.

4. Answer customer questions and address concerns effectively to generate interest and trust in our offerings.

5. Utilize sales scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy in messaging.

6. Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a regular basis.

7. Keep accurate records of interactions with customers in the CRM system.

8. Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and strategies for success.

9. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to customers.

10. Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and sales performance.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in outbound sales, preferably in insurance, sales, or promotional roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a neutral accent.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Persistence and resilience in overcoming objections and rejection.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or marketing is preferred.

Our working hours are aligned with the US time zone, with potential shifts ranging from 3 pm to 12 am, 5 pm to 3 am, and/or 7 pm to 4 am South African time (SAST). If you're a dedicated professional who excels at building client relationships and driving results, we invite you to join our team.
