**What is the role?**

We enjoy having fun so, this is not your typical marketing role We have a very modern approach to our marketing strategies and this role will be split between sourcing as well as having a focus on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook etc. You will have the freedom to be creative and come up with your own original content to ensure our brand at TalentCount stands out and accurately represents our unique brand.

We believe in the magic of offering a personal approach when connecting with people - After all, we are all still HUMAN behind our screens You’ll soon transform into a LinkedIn whiz with the use of videos, messages and a range of techniques and platforms to drive our brand awareness as well as create leads, and book interviews for our Talent Managers / Recruiters. We take personalization to the next level with the use of video messaging and LinkedIn videos - this means the ideal person for the job shouldn’t be camera shy

**Job Requirements**:

- 1+ years of experience in social media content especially the use of LinkedIn
- An understanding of the recruitment industry
- An interest in all things digital
- Outgoing and chatty personality
- Creative and innovative especially with social media
- Enjoys a remote team environment
