We are an innovative property company in the property rental industry seeking the services of an admitted in house attorney who can assist with property related matters such as evictions and pursuing arrears.
- Articles with civil law and or property law experience will be essential
- Must be an admitted attorney with the High Court
- Ability to work independently
- Proficient IT skills
- a verifiable track record being involved in the property field
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Skills required are**:

- Proficient editing and letter writing skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel & Word skills are required
- General language and IT skills are essential
- Experience in Google Drive is an added advantage
- Attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure & manage workload effectively
- Good communication skills & a collaborative mindset
- Teamwork
- Conflict resolution
