Shopfitter Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage teams on-site to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
- Read and interpret shop fitting plans, drawings, and specifications to guide installations.
- Always ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct quality checks and address any issues or discrepancies promptly.
- Manage tools, materials, and equipment on-site to optimize efficiency.
- Provide training and guidance to team members as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **5 years of hands-on experience** in shop fitting, preferably within the signage and shop fitting industry.
- Proven experience in **supervisory or management roles**.
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations for on-site operations.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various project sites.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Carpentry, Shop Fitting, Project Management).
- Experience with signage installation and working with diverse materials like wood, metal, and glass.
