Patient Care Advisor Intern

Through quality engagements you will collaborate with a diverse set of internal and external partners addressing the needs of patients and prescribers. You will need to use your knowledge and skills to ensure the patients we support has the best patient experience throughout their treatment journey.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to patients and HCPs by coordinating and facilitating their treatments.
- Effective management of the reimbursement processes.
- Effective management of the re-motivation & re-script reminder service to patients and HCPs.
- Collaborate across various external customers which includes patients, HCPs, nurses, practice staff, pharmacies and treatment centers.
- Provide ongoing support and feedback to patients, HCPs, practice staff and other relevant partners through quality engagements.
- Update weekly and monthly reports.
- Maintain awareness of the external environment, adding new value and insights. Use insights to uncover meaningful unmet needs and encourage and support internal collaboration.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: R7 000,00 per month
