Hobson Prior are currently seeking for a CRA II & SR CRA to join a fantastic CRO on a permanent basis located in South Africa with remote working available. Our client is focused on assisting their clients in accelerating the advancement of treatments that save and improve the lives of many.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- For this role, you will be accountable for the competence of study costs.
- Plan and evaluate study papers and viability of studies for new submissions.
- Support CRAs in their training.
- Set up and supervise studies, finish documents, and uphold reports.
- Propose procedure, consent papers for ethics/IRB sanction, and plan regulatory proposals.
- Manage promoter produces questions.

**Key Skills**:

- Communication skills both verbally and written.
- Capable of working towards deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- At least 18+ months of experience supervising trials in phase I-III in a CRA role.
- Educated to a degree level in a medicine, science or similar discipline.
- Experience in supervising medium-sized studies, which involves study start-up and close-out.
- ICH-GCP regulation knowledge as well as the capability to evaluate and assess medical data.
- Willing to travel for business needs.
- Fluency in the local and English languages.
