PKF Cape Town is opening a new branch in Stellenbosch and is looking for an **Office cleaner** to assist their team of 15 employees. Duties and responsibilities of this role will include, but not be limited to:

- Prepare and serve drinks / beverages to management and visitors.

Kitchen:

- Stock kitchen, boardroom and Training room supplies as needed. Make sure there is enough groceries (milk, coffee, honey, sugar, cleaning products etc.
- Cleaning and refilling of coffee machines and coffee stations.
- Cleaning of all kitchen area, equipment, and all appliance
- Unpack dishwasher and repack with dirty dishes. Switch dishwasher on
- Make sure all fridges are clean and all 'old' food has been removed from the fridge
- Remove any breakages and report it to the Office Manager

Reception:

- Clean/mop the floors at reception area
- Wipe down desks and cupboards
- Dust sofas and chairs
- Wipe glass door clean at reception
- Wipe tables in meeting rooms clean and make sure cupboards are neat and tidy
- Vacuum all meeting rooms in reception area

Open areas:

- Vacuum, dust, and clean open areas & and trainees’ desks
- Vacuum, dust and clean managers offices, incl inside windows and doors.
- Wipe walls

Corridor/Passages and Boardrooms:

- Vacuum boardroom and wipe table
- Make sure fridge in boardroom is clean and stocked
- Cleaning/Wipe Boardroom sliding door windows

General duties:

- Collecting and sorting of rubbish into the appropriate refuse bins.
- Preparing tea and coffee for the Partners and their clients on daily basis.
- Cleaning, dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and fittings
- Responsible for cleaning of windows in meeting rooms, management offices, etc.

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- 2 years’ experience
- Previous experience as an Office cleaner
- Friendly and professional
- Presentable and well spoken
- Strong sense of responsibility and hardworking individual.
- Strong communication skills (English and Afrikaans)
- Reliable transport
