A national Flame Grilled Chicken Franchise has recently opened a store in Elspark and has an opportunity for a young and dynamic ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER. You have high energy levels and enjoy working in a team. Your experience in a similar role within the QSR industry with the ability to manage the daily operations of the store will very peri important.

**REQUIREMENTS**

National Senior Certificate - required

Good knowledge of restaurant operations - BOH, FOH, customer satisfaction and people management

A confident communicator, both verbal and non-verbal

Ability to coach, train and manage a team of twelve people

Able to work retail hours, including night shifts, week-ends and public holidays

**EXPERIENCE**

At least two years' experience as an Assistant Store Manager in a franchised QSR brand

Ability to work with Aloha POS, including back office reporting system

Ability to maintain food cost, including portioning and waste control

Responsible for stock and cash management, as well as third party deliveries (Mr D/ Yumby)

Maintain occupational health and safety legislative requirements

The role demands a six day working week, inclusive of week-ends/public holidays

Day and night shifts, average of six hours per shift

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R7,000.00 per month
