**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provide comprehensive and holistic HR services to the HR Manager and programme on all aspects of HR from recruitment, Performance Management, Employee Relations etc.
- Ensure effective implementation of all HR processes through effective business partnering.
- Ensure staffing levels are maintained by managing the recruitment of junior and middle management positions in the portfolio.
- Initiate employee engagement activities.
- Support the performance management processes within Coetzee HR.
- Partner with line managers and staff to achieve business objectives.
- Facilitate induction of new employees.
- Generate weekly and monthly HR reports as required.

**Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Skills Required**
- A bachelor’s degree in at least one of the following disciplines: Human Resources, Employee/Labour Relations and Industrial Psychology or equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience of which 3 years must have been as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist covering all broad aspects of Human resources.
- Demonstrated ability to creatively solve HR related problems.
- Knowledge and experience working with BCEA, Employment Equity Act, Skills Development Act and Labour Law.
- Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Highly organised & detail oriented.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office.

Pay: R25 000,00 - R45 000,00 per month
