**Head of PGP Hard Goods**

**What you will enjoy doing**
- As the Head of Hardgoods, you are responsible for the oversight and optimisation of the Hard goods product portfolio (including welding and cutting equipment, accessories and consumables) in the areas of Marketing, Product Management, Channel Management, Cost Management, Pricing Management, Technical Sales Support, Inventory Demand and Stock Planning as well as Warehousing Activities, related Order to Cash processes for Hard goods products, all in a safe, reliable, and efficient way
- You will be responsible for developing and executing the Hard goods strategic growth plan for Region Africa, using market and competitive environment intelligence to develop plans to defend and identify opportunities for Hard goods sales growth to support, drive and deliver business success
- You will be the key person in driving continuous improvement within the areas above; optimize the sales revenue and product as well as customer profit, both in short
- and long-term perspective
- Part of your role include leading the development and renewal of the Hard goods PSO’s
- Furthermore, you develop and deliver agreed P&L budgets for Sales, Costs, Headcount, and Capital Expenditures
- You will lead the Hard goods strategic pricing initiatives to ensure PCR objectives are achieved

**What makes you great**
- A University level degree in Business, Engineering or Marketing could be achieved by you
- You have experience at a senior management level for at least five years
- Part your of your skills include excellent and proven leadership
- You have business acumen and the drive to continuous improvement
- You have demonstrated knowledge of both technical and commercial contexts of the Hard Goods business
