**Introduction**:
Raid Risk Management is seeking a skilled **Technical Project Manager** to join our innovative team. In this role, you will oversee the management and successful delivery of complex technical projects, including **CCTV systems and offsite monitoring solutions**, from inception to completion. Your technical expertise, particularly in security systems, along with your ability to manage resources and navigate project challenges, will ensure the successful delivery of critical projects within scope, time, and budget.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the planning, initiation, and management of technical projects, with a focus on **CCTV systems, offsite monitoring**, and other security-related technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (security specialists, IT, engineers) to define technical specifications, project deliverables, and timelines for **surveillance and monitoring solutions**.
- Oversee project progress, using appropriate tools to identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and adjust plans as needed.
- Manage technical resources, including budget allocations, scheduling, and personnel, to meet project objectives efficiently.
- Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant security protocols, industry standards, and regulations, particularly in relation to **CCTV and offsite monitoring** systems.
- Evaluate project outcomes, gather technical feedback, and conduct post-project reviews to optimize future processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certification in Project Management or a relevant technical field is preferred.
- Proven experience in managing **CCTV, offsite monitoring, or other technical security projects** from initiation to delivery.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and technical tools.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines, maintaining quality and technical excellence.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: R20 000,00 - R30 000,00 per month

**Experience**:

- Project Management: 1 year (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)
