**Overview & Key Responsibilities**

As a Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of planning, executing, and finalizing projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

- ** Project Management**: Plan, execute, and finalize projects within strict deadlines and budgets.
- ** Leadership**: Direct and manage project development from inception to completion.
- ** Resource Coordination**: Acquire resources and coordinate efforts of team members and third-party contractors.
- ** Scope Definition**: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with customer and company standards.
- ** Budget Management**: Draft and manage budget proposals and recommendations.
- ** Reporting**: Prepare project status reports for clients, management, and team members.
- ** Compliance Evaluation**: Evaluate customer requirements against Company, National, and International Standards.
- ** Progress Tracking**: Monitor project progress (goals, schedule, budget) and generate status reports.
- ** Risk Management**: Promote and coordinate project risk reviews.

**Essential Requirements**

To be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

- ** Education**: Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
- ** Experience**: Minimum of 5 years in project engineering within a chemical plant or industrial environment.
- ** Skills**:

- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities for coordinating diverse teams.
- In-depth knowledge of chemical plant operations and safety/environmental regulations.
- Proficient troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues.
- Exceptional planning skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel.
