**Job Summary**:
We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Training and Quality Assurance Associate with a strong focus on training to
join our team at ParcelHero. The Training and Quality Assurance Associate will play a pivotal role in developing and
implementing comprehensive training programs for our teams, ensuring their competence, and driving continuous
improvement in service quality.
Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver training programs to ensure a consistent understanding of company policies, procedures, and best

practices.

- Work as a part of the Quality Assurance team to develop and refine quality assurance guidelines, ensuring

alignment with training objectives.
- Participate in the design and execution of quality assurance audits and evaluations, providing actionable feedback

to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Analyse training and quality assurance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for enhancement, and

propose solutions accordingly.
- Utilise industry experience and stay up to date on changes in shipping technology and regulations to ensure

training materials and quality standards remain current and relevant.
- Contribute to the creation of training and quality assurance documentation, manuals and a range of other

resources.
- Assist in the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the impact of training and

quality assurance efforts.**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven record working remotely
- Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent certifications, preferably in Education, Training and Development,

Business, or a related field.

**Job Specification**: Training and Quality Assurance Associate
- Proven experience in training design, development, and delivery, preferably within the International logistics or

shipping industry (road and air freight only).
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with cross
- functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for

improvement.
- Excellent Organizational skills.
- A proven ability to multi-task.
- Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

**Salary**: R20,000.00 - R35,000.00 per month
