Tiler

**PURPOSE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
To ensure high-quality tiling work that enhances the appearance, durability and value of projects. The Tiler will be responsible for delivering precise and professional finishes, working efficiently to meet project timelines and upholding the company’s reputation for excellence in craftsmanship and client satisfaction.

- Expert knowledge of tiling methods, cutting tools and surface preparation
- Commitment to producing precise, neat and durable work
- Ability to complete projects within deadlines without compromising quality
- Able to troubleshoot and adapt when faced with irregular layouts or damaged materials

- Strict adherence to health and safety standards

**KEY RESULTS AREAS**

**(INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO)**:

- Measure, cut and lay tiles according to design plans
- Prepare surfaces (cleaning, levelling, and sealing)
- Ensure high-quality finishes and precise alignment
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Proven experience as a tiler (minimum 5 years preferred)
- Knowledge of different tiling techniques and materials
- Ability to read and interpret plans/drawings
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Physically fit and able to work on-site
- Driver’s License advantageous
