**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the store.
- Manage inventory levels to optimize stock availability and minimize shrinkage.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to drive profitability.
- Train, and supervise retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Set performance goals, conduct performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high morale.
- Ensure every customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment.
- Handle customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.

**Knowledge and Abilities**:

- Demonstrated leadership and team-building capabilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good Knowledge of retention methods

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Matric or equivalent qualification
- 5 years’ work experience as a Retail Manager or similar role, preferably in the beverage industry.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and financial management principles.
- Knowledge of inventory management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
