This role will be responsible to effectively manage the support services function with specific focus on accounts receivable, overseas travel transactions and foreign currency disbursements, management of company credit cards, cell phones and B-BBEE process..

We're a fully in-office team. This role is based at our Support Centre in Kuils River, Cape Town.

**Key responsibilities**:
1. Governance of Support Services Processes
- Maintain all policies
- Ensure execution of requests according to SLA
- Onboarding of all new suppliers
- Ensure invoices are processed on time for payment
- Ensure monthly (journal) transactions are processed
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders

2.** **Reporting & Reconciliations
- Preparation of monthly and ad-hoc reporting
- Review and approve all reconciliations to Trial Balance

3. Team Management
- Performance management
- Clear communication & achievement of objectives
- Team Development
- Recruitment

4. Management of the B-BBEE Process (Procurement Spend)
- Ensure master data of vendors are accurately categorized
- Ensure valid certificates and/or affidavits are obtained
- Ensure bi-annual and annual reports are completed

5. Management of the Accounts Receivable process
- Ensure monthly execution of debtor requests

6. Service Desk Management
- Ensure all tickets are assigned and resolved
- Adherence to service delivery standards
- Administration of the JIRA self-service portal

**Experience required**:
Essential:

- Finance experience
- Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in a relevant financial administration role
- Two (2) or more years’ Supervisor experience

Preferred:

- Experience working within the retail corporate environment

**Qualification required**:
Essential:

- Grade 12 Certificate / Matric
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification (Financial Diploma / Degree)

**Knowledge required**:

- Working experience of Cellular and Credit cards administration
- Working experience relating to administration and issuing of foreign currency
- Good knowledge of basic finance principles, procedures, and controls
- Financial ERP experience
- Accounts payable and/or Accounts receivable

Advantageous:

- SAP ERP
- Work experience or knowledge of a service desk environment
- Knowledge of B-BBEE policies and procedures
