- Assist in menu planning and ensure all meals are served on time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
- Follow all health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be well mannered, honest, and reliable
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- South African Citizen
- Excellent personal hygiene
- No bad habits
- Must be prepared to comply with Food Safety and Hygiene Management Systems requirements regulating the industry.
- Good reading, writing, and speaking of English
- Grade 12 completed
- Clear criminal record
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Job Type: Fixed-term Contract
- Probation Period: 2-3 Months
