The position requires a **highly** experienced, passionate person who enjoys autonomy and is confident in achieving business growth.

The main purpose and focus of this role will be:

- In this role, you'll not only manage the team but also actively drive sales by engaging directly with customers and closing deals yourself.
- Leading people
- Achieving results, and driving business growth, responsible for a well-known New Vehicle Dealership as well as Used Car sales.
- Understand Dealership Finance
- To set a strategic outlook for the retailer with inputs from investors and communicate this to all staff.
- To enact sound people management and develop thought the retailer and ensure overall business efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness for the entire retailer, with a particular focus on:

- Digital Sales Platforms, CMS, Evolve, Dealers Online, Logimeter and Autotrade Management.
- Manage all aspects of the dealership including staff.
- Monitor the sales,
- Parts, and Workshop of the Dealership and ensure the profitability of all departments.
- Maintain and increase market penetration.
- Improve stock turnover,
- Increase sales,
- Ensure customer satisfaction and standards.
- Experience with corporate branded dealerships and volume brands
- Solid track reference and excellent management skills
- Understanding of sales and aftersales principles and processes
- Understanding of dealership operating systems Knowledge of labour legislative framework
- Knowledge of risk management principles
- Sound knowledge on: (Advantage)

- Auto Trader

Pay: R20 000,00 - R27 000,00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales Management: 5 years (required)
