**You’re perfect for this position if you**:

- Have a Matric qualification (a tertiary qualification in accounting or finance will be beneficial.)
- Have previous work experience in a similar role as this will be advantageous
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Are able to concentrate for extended periods of time and complete tasks efficiently and accurately
- Have proficient touch-typing skills
- Have excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise time and work effectively
- Have outstanding attention to detail
- Are computer literate, particularly MS Excel, Word and Outlook
- Are a happy, quick and willing learner

**Your role and responsibilities**:
Among other tasks, your main responsibilities will include:

- Gathering invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents and information from the team, client file or provider
- Capturing income received and allocating it to the relevant client via our accounting back-end system
- Engaging with service providers regarding outstanding statements
- Updating our details with providers to improve the receipt of commission and fee statements
- Creating and managing client records via our CRM system (Xplan)
- Entering and updating information into relevant databases
- Organising of physical post and saving documents to client files
