A store manager assistant is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively.
- Undertaking administrative tasks
- Improve customer satisfaction
- Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Developing and arranging promotional material and in-store displays
- Preparing detailed daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Monitoring inventory levels
- Ordering new items
- Answering phones and responding to client requests and inquiries.
- Managing and Updating company databases.
- Maintaining financial, employee and client records.
- Managing the maintenance of office and facility equipment.
- Meet deadlines, and ensure team meets deadlines.
- Create client invoices and Quotes.
- Encounter crisis and implement solutions.
- Ensure the the place of work is clean.
- Create and update workflows.
- Conduct Risk analysis.
- Track expenses and predict future costs.
- Monitor project progress and address potential issues.
- Familiarize themselves with the University schools,Deans,lecturers,courses and students needs.
- Receiving, unpacking and arranging new shipments from suppliers and vendors.
- Act as a point of contact for all participants.

Managing printing service

**Job Type**: Temporary

**Salary**: Up to R5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thohoyandou, Limpopo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 3 years (preferred)
