**Duties & responsibilities**:

- Providing general end-user support on hardware & software related requests in a high-production, corporate-oriented company
- Providing on-site & remote support to the employees of the company
- Install & configure end users' computer systems
- Troubleshooting & fault-finding in a sales environment
- Proactive maintenance of computer systems & related infrastructure
- General admin and policy compliance

**Requirements**:

- Minimum:_
- Matric
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- A+
- N+
- Experience in a helpdesk or internal IT-department roles

Above market-related salary.
