**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Hospitality Management/ any industry-related qualification
- 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a 5-star Hotel
- Must be able to managed and lead a large team
- Previous stock control experience
- Must be proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and organize the restaurant team, set and maintain standards, and strive to always keep improving standards whilst maintaining budget and gross profit.
- Responsible to operate within the policies and procedures as set out in the operating manual.
- Ensure the guests get the highest level of food and beverage service by making contact with the guests and checking customer satisfaction
- Maintain a high standard of personal service with all guests
- Take personal responsibility for any guest situation, seeing the situation through to the solution
- Ensure that your outlet is following correct billing procedures so that all revenue is correctly allocated and recorded
- Promoting and maximizing sales.
