Applications are invited for the above-mentioned position to be based in the Cellar Department, at the Gqeberha, Manufacturing Plant. The successful applicant will report to Cellar Spirits Controller.

Key Performance Areas would include, but are not limited to:

- To assist with general duties, cleaning of floors, Washing of Tanks and take care of Company assets in and around Cellar Department an employee shall be expected to take reasonable instruction as and when is expected to do so from a competent authority. The completion of all reasonable tasks to ensure the operational efficiency of Heineken Beverages
- General cellar cleaning activities in and around the Cellar
- Tank washing in cellar area - superior knowledge
- Clean machinery and equipment
- Cleaning of Reverse Osmosis plant
- Ensure effective safety and housekeeping.
- Cellar administration duties where related
- Work shifts and at times extended hours as and or when required.
- Participate in MBA / mini business activities / meetings to ensure optimal teamwork and team performance.
- Adhere to safe working conditions
- Minimum Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
- 1-2 yrs Relevant working experience within a FMCG / Cellar / Processing environment.
- Ability to adapt and timeous reaction to challenging situations
- Proven written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of safe working procedures.
- Knowledge of Supplying Chain cellar and quality administration systems.
- Assist in stock take where needed
- To reflect good corporate governance towards colleagues, Supervisors and Company values
- Be customer focused.
- Be a good team player.
- Suggest any improvements to Management that can save the company time or money
- Energetic and enjoy a fast-paced working environment.
- Must be willing and able to work extended hours when required.
- Have reliable transport to and from work.
- It is expected of the person in the position to be flexible to accommodate operational requirements' demands
