**Overview**

The LCS Coordinator
- Is the first point of contact for dedicated customers. The LCS Coordinator contributes to the organisational goals by interacting with customers and Krones internal partners for all matters relating to spare parts, change parts and retrofits. The focus will be on processing, planning, turn-around times, and quality of response for all enquiries, quotations and orders. Communication both internally and externally is paramount in this position.

**Your tasks**:

- Coordinating of all enquiries, quotations and orders for spare parts, change parts and retrofits
- Following up on open quotations with customers, to ascertain status of potential orders
- Liaising between Customer and Krones, technically clearing all queries before orders are placed
- Working closely with customers around the planning of overhaul and installation dates, ensuring all actions needed from Krones LCS is done timeously and effectively
- Always keeping customers and internal role players updated and informed on the latest status
- Processing of all necessary documents accurately and timeously, as needed
- Following up on order status with Purchasing and Warehouse, to ensure on time deliveries as agreed with customers
- Working proactively with Customer Relations Coordinators, Sales Managers and PM’s identifying possible solutions that could be offered to customers.
- Effectively using the escalation procedure to proactively prevent order delays and customer escalations
- Invoice on a weekly basis
- General administration/ filing

**Your profile**:
**Experience & Qualification Requirerments**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Administration (Advantageous)
- 1-3 years of work experience in Technical Sales (preferred)
Must be solutions orientated and able to work under pressure
- Knowledge of the Krones Portfolio
- Understanding of imports and logistics (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and compliant with work processes and procedures
- Ability to communicate with Krones international offices
- Germany/ Africa
- Ability to work under pressure
