Retail giant seeks to employ experienced “Late Stage” Collections Agents to join their growing team.

**Minimum requirements**:

- 1 year “Late Stage collections” (7months+) experience essential
- Matric essential (must be in possession of a certificate)
- Clear criminal record essential (verifications will be conducted)
- Ability to work shifts Monday - Friday 08h00 - 17h00 & 11h00 - 08h00 & Alternative Saturdays 08h00 - 13h00 as well as public holidays as and when required.
- Experience with trace tools advantageous i.e. ITC, Experian or XDS
- Debit order negotiations advantageous

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuils River, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
