- Purpose of position: Manage the production boxes and production sample sign-off function, focussing on ensuring that correct and updated product information is available and issued to the production team and that all production runs kick-off correctly Lead the identification of risk regarding product quality and safety, through utilizing the Quality and Food Safety Management system. Produce effective business results by ensuring effective and satisfactory achievement of quality and food safety standards and customer satisfaction expectations. Manage the Factory Quality Assurance employees reporting directly into this position and ensure that relevant and regular training is provided and employee reviews performed as required. Responsible for full compliance of Quality systems i.e. ISO 9001 2015 Quality Management System, ISO 22000 200, ISO/TS 22002-4 2013, and additional FSSC 22000 This compliance will include the following principles: Quality Assurance Quality Control Food Safety Management of staff including training Environment reviews including the company’s premises and units, from a quality, food and staff safety perspective Continuous improvement in accordance with the daily risks identified and managed Daily unit verifications Daily sign-off of production samples Ink batch testing NPD and Product adhesion tests Quality and food management system Audits Requirements: Quality and/or Food Safety diploma/certificate or degree (preferred) ISO 9001 and/or FSSC 22000 Internal Auditor certificate(s) Excellent problem solving and decision making skills Excellent organisational and project management skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Conduct audits-
