Payroll Manager

- To lead and supervise the payroll function of a Fund that is employing 50,000 workers on a temporary basis.
- To manage the performance (service, productivity and quality) of a team of Administrators delivering day to day customer services in relation to payroll matters related to the SEF in compliance with procedures and guidelines.
- Provide high quality and consistent advice and support in a cost effective and efficient way, to positively impact on effectiveness, efficiency and confidence.
- To supervise the administration of the end-to-end payroll process.
- To actively engage in the continuous improvement of the SEF programme
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
**Formal Qualifications**:
- Relevant Degree/ Diploma (postgraduate degree would be advantageous)
**Years of Experience**:
- 8-10 years experience in Payroll management and experience in working with senior leadership teams
- Knowledge of relevant legislations in respect to payroll management
- Knowledge of payroll concepts, principles, and practices
- Knowledge in setting up processes and systems
- Registration and/or completion of relevant courses/programmes with a relevant professional association related to the area of expertise would be beneficial
- Minimum 4-5 years experience supervising a team.
- Advance excel skills
- Basic Financial knowledge
- Ability to work independently and to be self-managed
- High level of attention to detail
- High level of honesty and integrity
