Reservations Supervisor

Qualifications and skills
Grade 12.
National certificate in administrative qualification/s - national diploma advantageous
3 years of practical experience in industrial, reservations, rooms division, and yield management.
Excellent communication (verbal and written).
Adaptability to different working areas and conditions.
Attention to detail.
Good customer care skills & good communication skills.
Ability to handle pressure & to make decisions.
Must have own accommodation & transport.

**Responsibilities**:
Oversee daily operations of the reservations ticket office team.
Ensure accuracy, efficiency and exceptional guest service.
Ensure all reservations and ticketing are processed timely and professionally.
Maximize revenue opportunities through effective inventory and rate management.
Act as a liaison between guests, the reservations team and other departments.
Ensure all public areas are presentable for guests & visitors.
Record keeping and capturing sales on the company’s system.
Ensure that stations & systems are operating and ready for service, on time.
